This area has a few older and not maintained routes in the Sector "Sleeping Camel Monolith", further up the valley towards Farag's garden Andrew, Timo and Ruben explored options back in 2018, but so far, no routes exist.
Getting there
Access is simple from the Sharm-Dahab road. Simply drive into the Valley, given that you have the required permits!
The Sectors in this area
There is 2 spots in Wadi Kid, one is the "Sleeping Camel", which is that prominent monolith near the dwelling of Seil Kid. Here you can find quite outdated routes, of which we're not sure whether some of the bolts will still hold body weight, so bring your trad equipment and/or a drill. The second spot to date has only one trad line up to the anchor and some rapping tat. We still plan to start development here, get in touch if you'd like to support in any way!
