The mountains of St Catherine village don't see many bolts, the typical style here is "clean climbing" without the use of permanent or invasive hardware, leaving only sweat, chalk and the occasional bit of skin.
In this course you will learn a few of the trad climbing techniques that are essential to climb anywhere outside of Sinai's established sports climbing crags near Dahab Nuweiba and Ras Sudr.
On action-packed 3 days the experienced mountain guide Mikhail Khomenyuk will practice with you new techniques, solidify basics, place kilos if not tons of gear and get you to your personal next step towards becoming a trad climber.
The Program

What level do I have to be to join this course?
You should at least have joined a basic and lead climbing course of some sort and should bring general experience in rock climbing.
What gear to I have to bring?
All the required specialized gear and ropes are included in this course but bring your personal equipment, as this is not included (helmet, harness, shoes)
